Exfoliating means removing the dead skin cells from the skin clearing the way for the newer skin underneath to appear. There are different ways to exfoliate but the one of the most common and easiest ways are with a body scrub, loofah or brush. (CHECK OUT OUR LOOFAH SOAP BARS AND BODY SCRUBS, available online for shipping or at our Ferndale location) A good routine is to exfoliate every 2-3 days. However, do not exfoliate the same day you get sugared, because sugaring itself is a form of exfoliation.
Exfoliate 3-5 days after getting waxed. Exfoliate every 2-3 days
