• LATE: If you're late 5/10 minutes YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED and you will have to rebook online with a new deposit. (applies to services 20 minutes and longer, services under 20 minutes has NO LATE GRACE PERIOD) If you have ONE service you have a 5 minute grace period. If you have 2 or more services you have a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late please call the shop to let us know!

• SAMEDAY CANCELATION WILL LOSE DEPOSIT

• RESCHEDULING: NO RESCHEDULING SAMEDAY YOU WILL HAVE TO REBOOK WITH NEW DEPOSIT (Ex: If you want to move your appointment in the SAMEDAY you can call/text and move it IF we have a slot available.

• HOW TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT?? Click the red rescheduling tab at the bottom of your confirmation email and in your reminder email or call the shop.

• Ashley DOES NOT service men. 

• You MUST wear a Mask to be serviced if you or someone you’ve been around be sick within the past 2 weeks. 

• PLEASE CHECK-IN on the kiosk WHEN YOU ARRIVE!

• ON YOUR CYCLE?? Yes, you can still get serviced, you'll have to wear a fresh tampon or cup. (we have tampons in shop if needed)
